My girls love this!

As it describes, this has helped my younger daughter with her footwork and fundamentals. She has come a long ways using this. My older daughter, who plays club, hits the ball much harder and this seems to have built her confidence hitting. The automatic hitting part is best and it is definitely for all ages. This works great!
